24 Sep The Joy Factor
– An unexpected way to boost joy & creativity in your journey –
When we’re going through life’s journey, it’s not always ladybugs and fireflies! “The Joy Factor” is something I started using years ago as a benchmark for success.
I’ve always been able to draw an imaginary circle and tell someone, “This is MY universe.” Then I’d draw another circle and say, “This is YOUR universe.” Then I’d draw another circle and say, “This is THE universe.” And this was an illustration that these three universes were intersecting.
Whether or not I’d allow someone to stay in MY universe would depend on my joy factor. Not to ask how much joy were they bringing me (because my own joy is really up to me), but how much joy do I really feel when we’re together? Is it a 10 … or is it a 2 … what’s the factor? What’s the percentage? Because …
Life brings us BIG obstacles, and smaller obstacles.
Our hearts get beat up.
Our souls become battered.
But if there’s a certain percentage of joy in my life, and the opportunity to be creative, I know I’ll be okay! I know I’ll be able to find success! What I have for you today is my #1 absolute favorite strategy for making sure we have joy in our life so that the universe can bring us even more joyful experiences.
This episode is for you if you wonder …
- What IS the joy factor?
- How do we create our joy factor?
- What about karma … is there any joy in karma?
These are spiritual lessons with a practical edge. You can also listen in for the short exercise that’s designed to help you implement this week’s topic.
If you’re someone who has the audacity … the willingness to take bold risks … then you can use the powers of alchemy to transform challenges into positive new successes starting today!
